The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day client interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, resolving issues, providing product and service information, coordinating with other agency team members, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Support skills Strong understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to enhance client interactions Proficiency in Phone Etiquette for professional and effective communication Exceptional at problem-solving, detail-oriented, able to multitask, organization skills, and time-management skills. Our office is located in Fairport & Canandaigua. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of St. Bonaventure University. We currently have 10 team members at our agency. We have 45 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
