ICU RN – Requirements
- 2+ years ICU experience
- Epic required
- Active IL license / willing to wait
- Certs: ACLS AHA, BLS AHA
- 12-hr nights
- Ratio: 1:2–3
- Experience with vented/critical patients
- Sepsis, ARDS, ARF, dysrhythmias, cardiac arrest, overdose
- Central lines, arterial lines & bedside bronchoscopy
- Drip titration: Cardizem, Propofol, Amiodarone, Norepinephrine, Precedex
- Vent, BiPAP, CPAP & heated high-flow
- Float to Med/Surg (Peru & Ottawa)
