We are a leader in property development and management, and we are expanding our portfolio with new developments. We’re looking for the best and brightest Property Manager in the area to lead our team at our newest location.

$54,600 - $78,540 yearly
Responsibilities:- Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
- Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
- Show properties to potential tenants
- Screen applicants and verify rental and employment history
- Verify documents related to credit and banking/income
- Conduct inspections of properties using a provided camera app
- Develop rapport with tenants and then owners
- Learn how to manage and build your own book of business
- Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
