Assistant Property Manager: Tax Credit Leasing Pro

First Pointe Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for our 242-unit community in Antelope, CA. You will help drive leasing and resident relations, coordinate tours and advertising efforts, and assist the Property Manager in financial planning and reporting to optimize performance. Requirements include 1–2 years as an Assistant Property Manager with Tax Credit knowledge, Fair Housing training, and proficiency in MS Office and property management tools (Yardi, Rent Café). #J-18808-Ljbffr First Pointe Management Group
