Job Description: Insight Global is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a top banking client. This individual will be the face of the organization, serving as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and employees at the company's headquarters. The ideal candidate will answer incoming calls, assist customers with setting up accounts, locate account information, and provide general support regarding banking services. This role requires outstanding customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The organization is seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career, with excellent opportunities for advancement within the company. This is a fully onsite position in Tuckahoe, Virginia, perfect for someone looking to join a stable organization and develop their career in banking and financial services.
