Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Patient Ratios: 1:1-2 Years of experience REQ: 2 years of Regional Perinatal Center experience Are First-timers accepted: Yes Are Weekends REQ: Every other weekend and holiday are required, as needed Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, FHM, NRP, and AWHONN Intermediate MUST be on-hand upon submittal Floating Requirements: Will float to MotherBaby and Antepartum, which share a floor RTO/Schedule Accommodations: Must be sent with the submittals and approved before the offer Are Locals accepted: Yes Special Requirements: Strong L&D experience is required for this high acuity/diverse L&D unit Charting System: EPIC Scrub Color: Provided Shift Information: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 Requests with less than 7 days of RTO , and no Holiday time off , will be prioritized. RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated. Clinicians are expected to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule and should NOT request changes once onsite. Must be available to work 2 of 3 Holidays (unless otherwise specified in job description) Block/Special Scheduling : Schedule requests cannot be accommodated unless approved at time of booking. Floating Requirements/Ratios: Candidates are required to float within their skillset, no exceptions. Ratios vary based on census and staffing. When floated, RNs will be assigned a patient ratio based on patient acuity Background Policy : Open/active BG hits and/or License Hits NOT accepted.
