Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant


Location: New Boston, TX


Hours: M-F, 8a-5p, some overtime when needed


Pay: $17/hr, with room for growth once roll over

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Administrative Assistant. This individual will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with daily administrative tasks and supporting warehouse operations as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, enjoys working with people, and is always willing to lend a hand wherever needed.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to walk-in customers and over the phone.
• Assist customers by pulling and preparing orders for hardware, screws, fasteners, and other related products.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining records.
• Assist with inventory tracking and organization.
• Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support other office and warehouse functions as assigned.
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) .
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to assist wherever needed.
• Previous administrative, customer service, retail, or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the day.
• Ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment.
