Recovery Housing Care Navigator
Community Bridges, Inc.
Community Bridges, Inc. in Washington, DC invites applications for a Care Manager to assist individuals with stimulant or opiate use disorder in recovery housing. You will help residents develop recovery plans, access employment, benefits, identification, and education, and ensure program orientation and ongoing support within a recovery-focused environment. You will review and update recovery plans regularly, connect clients to community resources, and collaborate with staff to promote safe, #J-18808-Ljbffr Community Bridges, Inc.
