Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Gentle Rise ABA LLC, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in Dodge City, Kansas. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based practices, and we invite you to contribute your skills and expertise to our mission. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect and document data on client progress Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions Compensation and Schedule Pay Rate: $21 - $26/hour Per Diem or Part-Time Available Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability Location: Dodge City, Kansas Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications We are looking for RBTs who: Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred Have previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children (not required) Can pass a background check Have reliable transportation and are willing to travel locally Why Join Our Team?
