This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused team within a true community hospital model serving rural and underserved populations throughout the region. Position Highlights 100% outpatient cardiology No call responsibilities Flexible scheduling with 4-day workweek option Join a lean, highly collaborative cardiology team: 1 Cardiologist 1 dedicated PA Strong APP autonomy with physician support AI scribe support + dedicated MA support (1:1 ratio) Focus on: Cardiac follow-ups EKG interpretation Surgical clearance evaluations Chronic cardiovascular disease management Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting around $135K+

• 135k - $182K+ based on experience
• 10K–$15K sign-on bonus
