Computer Systems AdministratorThe Computer Systems Administrator will be responsible for providing company wide computer hardware/software support. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.• Works on site with consistent attendance.• Maintain all office computer hardware/software directly and with contractor support as required.• Install, test, and repair of computers and peripheral equipment.• Install and maintain software.• Troubleshoot and analyze hardware/software issues and provide support to satisfy end user requests.• Research current hardware/software markets and recommend improvements to existing systems.• Assist in the implementation and completion of computer-related projects.• Maintain appropriate documentation.• Oversee and perform scheduled maintenance on computer hardware as necessary.• Assist IT team as requested, including QA.• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.Requirements• Excellent communication skills to present technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences.• Excellent computer hardware skills, including PC and peripheral troubleshooting and repair.• HelpDesk Experience: manage end-users, Help remote employees Required• Experience with Cloud Base Backup solutions & Business Continuity Required• Scripting (Powershell) Required• Excellent attendance and punctuality.• Experience with Linux. Required• Experience with VDI, HyperV or VMWare Required• Active Directory Required• Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 Required• VoIP Phone system experience required.
