We offer stability, competitive pay, and growth opportunities.Job SummarySupport aerospace engine component manufacturing through process development, tooling design, CNC programming, and customer collaboration.ResponsibilitiesUtilizing Makino’s advanced milling and grinding platforms, utilizing 3+2 and simultaneous 5-axis machining techniques.Develop machining processes and NC programs (Siemens NX).Design tooling, fixtures, and dressing rolls.Simulate programs in Vericut; execute on Makino platforms.Conduct test cuts and machine demos.Provide post-sale support and training at customer sites.Document project results and process plans.QualificationsBachelor’s in engineering or 2+ years relevant experience.OR 5+ years hands-on machining/CNC experience.Aerospace and tight-tolerance machining preferred.Multi-axis CNC, Fanuc/Makino controls knowledge.BenefitsCompetitive salary & top-notch benefits (401(k), disability, bonus program).3 weeks paid time off in first year.Professional development & training.Inclusive, supportive culture.We believe that the interests of our company and people are inseparable, and we are committed to developing a diverse team of creative and independent professionals.
