As an RN Supervisor, you will provide exceptional care to our residents, oversee the daily operations of our nursing team, and foster a positive and supportive work environment. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with the nursing process. Direct day-to-day functions of Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies. Assess and respond to resident conditions utilizing the nursing process. Maintain effective communication with other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care is maintained. Complete and ensure accurate documentation of care and services by LPN and CNA according to facility policies and procedures. Prepare reports such as the 24-hour change in condition report, Incident and Accident reports, etc., according to the facility policy and procedure. Ensure timely and accurate medication and treatment administration. Communicate to physicians and document changes in resident condition using objective and subjective nursing assessments. Document and implement changes in nursing and medical plans of care. Requirements Minimum Years of Experience: 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
