Senior Assistant Property Manager

Maintain accurate resident records for multiple properties on a daily basis. Manage electronic payments through the Resident Portal. Keep awareness of local market conditions and trends. Collaborate with the Property Manager for marketing and improving resident satisfaction. Follow each property's business plans to maximize value through NOI generation and expense control. Use interpersonal skills to deal effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written communication. Mentor and assist the leasing team and serve as the go‑to person. Provide excellent customer service to all prospective and existing residents and teammates. Qualifications At least two years of experience in the apartment industry. Experience managing people. Adaptability to new technologies. Basic understanding of a property budget. Proficiency in written, spoken, and understood English. Patience and other virtues needed for the role.
