Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and disseminate marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and social media content

• Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals, referral sources, and other key stakeholders

• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and inform business decisions

• Manage a budget and prioritize marketing initiatives to achieve positive ROI

• Develop and maintain a strong online presence through website management and search engine optimization

• Coordinate community events and activities to promote engagement and foster a sense of community among residents and staff

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in the senior living industry

• Proven track record of successful marketing initiatives and business growth

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
