Assembler- 3rd Shift
Location: Oro Valley, AZ
Terms: Contract
Salary/pay rate: $20.61/hour
Requirements: HS Diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to established procedures
- Assemble products while following detailed work instructions and specifications
- Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintain production efficiency by meeting daily production goals
- Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications
- 1 5 years of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with manufacturing tools, equipment, and production software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
- Familiarity with quality control processes and continuous improvement practices
