What You’ll Be Doing): Preparing and cooking menu items with consistency, quality, and care Following recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines Working side-by-side with the kitchen team to keep service smooth and efficient Making sure every dish goes out fresh, hot, and on time Keeping food safety top of mind—proper temps, labeling, and rotation always Supporting prep, stocking, and setting up for each shift Keeping your station clean, organized, and ready for action Jumping in wherever needed—because great kitchens run on teamwork Helping with deliveries, dishwashing, and end-of-shift cleanup You’ll Fit Right In If You: Love cooking and take pride in your work Thrive in a fast-paced environment Have a strong eye for detail and consistency Work well with a team and communicate clearly Stay organized and keep your station on point Are dependable and show up ready to go Are flexible with scheduling (days, nights, weekends, holidays—it’s hospitality!)
