Trails of Orono, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver, HHA, & CNA - Full Time - to join our team!

Trails of Orono Senior Living , is located in Orono, MN. We are in a serene wooded setting just west of Minneapolis and next to the Luce Line Trail. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available : Full Time PM (3-11p)
HHA Wage : $17-$22
CNA Wage : $19-$24

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Positive, compassionate attitude.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
