Workers' Compensation Attorney (Rhode Island) – Remote Flexibility
A rapidly growing, entrepreneurial plaintiff-side law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Attorney licensed in Rhode Island. The firm is open to training a newly licensed or junior attorney and offers an excellent opportunity to build a successful practice with strong support and mentorship.
Highlights:
- No business development or book of business required
- Proven marketing platform that consistently generates new matters
- Remote position, with attendance required for hearings, client meetings, and occasional team meetings

Requirements:
- Active Rhode Island law license
- Strong communication, advocacy, and client relationship skills
- Interest in workers' compensation law (experience preferred but not required)
Compensation:
- Base salary starting at $85,000 + 5% of all fees earned!
- Higher salary available for attorneys with Rhode Island workers' compensation experience
