What you’ll do

• Own nightly execution across pipe finishing , outlets/specials , and loading .
• Stage and coordinate material deliveries to keep work flowing.
• Champion safety, quality, and throughput with a strong on-floor presence.
• Create and track action plans to meet commitments and deadlines.
• Monitor policy compliance , drive productivity, and evaluate personnel .
• Interpret blueprints/specifications ; apply your welding knowledge to resolve issues.
• Verify quality to ensure products meet drawings and customer expectations.
• Lead communications and training to upskill the team.
• Complete administrative requirements per company procedures.
• Maintain order and strive for zero defects/incidents .

What you bring

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication (speak, read, write).
• 2+ years leading in manufacturing or production support.
• Welding knowledge and technical aptitude.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred .

When you’ll work

• Shift: 5 p.m. – 5 a.m.

What you’ll earn

• Starting pay: $23

Where you’ll work

This is not a warehouse position. You’ll work in an outdoor plant environment with exposure to heat, cold, rain, dust, fumes, and varying temperatures, and around moving machinery.

Physical requirements

• Clear, effective communication.
• Ability to bend, squat, crawl, climb, and reach.
• Lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs .
• Required PPE: ear plugs, hard hat , steel-toe boots , gloves , and safety glasses .

How you’ll grow
