Job Description and Duties

Under direction of the Procurement Services Officer II, the Business Services Officer I Supervisor (BSO I) supervises the work of staff in identifying problems with Intraoffice Requisition (CDC 954) for proper coding and to ensure Procurement guidelines are adhered to. The position is the institutional Liaison for Records Management and Local Archives. Supervises Business Services Assistant, Office Technician and Property Controller. Revises operational procedures for his/her area of responsibility and tracks and issues all institutional cellular devices and photocopiers.
