Practice Manager III

Job Summary This position is incentive eligible and seeks a Practice Manager III for HCA Florida Aventura Orthopedics. The role requires leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high‑quality, efficient care. Responsibilities Plan, develop, organize, implement and direct the day‑to‑day functions of the clinic and its programs to ensure compliance, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Manage staff performance, including supervising, coaching/counseling front office and clinical staff, and handling interviewing, hiring, and training of new staff. Address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients, and seek appropriate leaders or partners to problem‑solve and process‑improve. Develop the practice budget, including pulling profit and loss responsibility of the physician practice and managing revenue, expenses, and budgeting. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or an equivalent preferred (appropriate experience may be substituted). 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting is required.
