- Setting: outpatient primary care clinic serving underserved patient population in Conroe, TX
- Duties:
- Provide direct patient care for adult men and women for any acute and chronic illnesses and conditions (to include women's wellness exams and simple prenatal care)

- Schedule: FULL TIME (4x10s or 5x8s)
- Active TX license
- Maintain and active and unrestricted DEA license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 full year of experience in a primary care setting after residency
