Accounting & Import Coordinator (Bilingual Spanish)???? Medley, FL (Minutes from Miami) | Full-Time | On-site | Finance | Food Distribution

- Process invoices and billing using SAGE
- Support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile accounts and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate accounting records
- Coordinate documentation for imports, exports, and FTZ operations
- Partner with warehouse and operations teams to verify inventory and shipments
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Prepare reports and support audits
- Help improve accounting processes and accuracy
✔ 1+ years of Accounting, Bookkeeping, AP/AR, or Finance experience
✔ Experience using SAGE or similar accounting software
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish)
✔ Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
✔ Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
