Sales Consultant – Bluebonnet Ford Bluebonnet Ford is looking to add two highly motivated, results-driven sales professionals for new and used vehicles. If you have what it takes to excel in a fast‑paced, high-volume sales environment, you may have a place with us. $6,000/mo. guarantee In this position, you will walk clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership, utilizing your stellar attitude and customer service skills to not only close the sale but to secure customers for life. Responsibilities Understand and follow the dealership’s sales process. Present and demonstrate inventory. Create and execute strategies for increasing market share. Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership. Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards. Remain up to date on products, market trends and certification. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance. Must live within 25 miles of the dealership or be willing to relocate. Good driving record and a valid driver’s license. Ability to pass a hair follicle drug test.
