Job Description

Occupational Therapist at Providence Saint John's Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full Time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

The Occupational Therapist supports the mission, vision, values and objectives of Saint John's Health Center. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, discharge planning, performing patient evaluations, establishing and implementing a plan of care, monitoring patient's progress.

The Occupational Therapist should demonstrate professional communication and interpersonal skills including direct, honest and compassionate behavior.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in accredited program in Occupational Therapy.
• California Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute hospital setting.
• Meditech.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
