Licensed Practical Nurse – Long Term Care

Schedule: Varies Depending on the Need (Days and Nights)

Assignment Details: Guaranteed Hours: 36 Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse Program or Licensed Practical Nursing program
• Current license to practice as an LPN or RN in the State of Montana
• Ability to learn and retain pertinent information
• Current telephone number

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in assessing, planning, and implementing resident care.
• Support the mission and nursing philosophy of the facility.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide quality care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care.
• Assist in the training of new staff as needed.
