Job Summary:The Juice Production Associate is responsible for preparing fresh juices and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. This role ensures all products are made safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and produce juices following standardized recipes
- Wash, peel, cut, and prepare fruits and vegetables
- Operate juicers, blenders, and other kitchen equipment safely
- Monitor product quality, freshness, and consistency
- Label, date, and store products properly (FIFO method)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment
- Follow all GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and food safety guidelines
- Complete production logs and documentation accurately
- Assist with inventory and restocking of ingredients
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Previous food prep or production experience preferred
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive motions
- Kitchen or food production facility
- Exposure to cold storage areas and fresh produce
- Fast-paced environment with production deadlines
- Maintain high-quality juice production standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure production areas are clean and organized
- Meet daily production targets efficiently
