Business Analyst - Wealth Management

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Wealth Management, the remote position will focus on supporting the FIS AddVantage platform for Wealth and Trust Management operations, managing client conversions, system configurations, and enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and support client/book-of-business conversions and deconversions on/off the FIS AddVantage platform, including data mapping and reconciliation Analyze business requirements and translate them into AddVantage system configuration specifications, ensuring compliance with business rules Own the end-to-end change request lifecycle, including intake, impact assessment, and implementation tracking Required Qualifications 10-15 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting FIS AddVantage or equivalent trust/wealth accounting platforms Proven experience in conversions/deconversions, configuration, enhancements, and change request management Strong functional knowledge of Wealth Management and Trust Management domains Experience writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and test cases Hands-on experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall) Virtual Vocations Inc
