Mercy Medical Center, a respected acute care hospital and proud member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our inpatient team. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity focused on providing exceptional care to acutely ill patients within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Position Highlights

• Employment Model: Hospital-employed, full-time position

• Schedule: 12-hour inpatient shifts (days/nights/weekends as needed)

• Scope of Practice: Inpatient care only no outpatient responsibilities

• Responsibilities:

  • Perform advanced procedures based on credentialing (e.g., central line, intubation)

  • Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges

  • Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care

  • Utilize integrated EMR for accurate, efficient documentation
