Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team in Vista, CA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and testing of our innovative electro-mechanical products. Responsibilities- Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to engineering specifications and work instructions.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure functionality and quality.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments to complete assembly tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to resolve any assembly issues.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance assembly efficiency and product quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
