This position is located in Bend Oregon and will require applicants to be open to relocating to work onsite.

Requirements

The Neurology Veterinary Technician plays a key role in supporting the neurologist in diagnosing and treating disorders of the brain, spinal cord, nerves, and neuromuscular system in veterinary patients. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent patient-handling abilities, and comfort working with complex medical cases. The technician assists with neurological examinations, advanced diagnostics, surgical procedures, anesthesia, and ongoing patient care.


In this fast-paced environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring that each patient receives timely and effective treatments. Your ability to remain calm and organized will be essential as you triage medical situations and follow directives from the veterinary team. This position requires keen attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a dedication to patient welfare, making you a vital asset in our mission to provide exceptional veterinary care.

Education & Experience:

• Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) credential, or equivalent (RVT, LVT), from an accredited veterinary technician program.
• If hired, the employee will be required to attain an OR CVT license within 45 days of starting the position.
