Role

Associate Director, Preclinical Sciences and Translational Safety (PSTS) Integration & Transition Management, leading cross-functional activities for business transactions such as acquisitions, licensing, collaborations, and divestitures within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate due diligence handoffs, develop integration plans, manage data and records transfer, ensure compliance and animal welfare, oversee laboratory strategies, and align resources and budgets.
• Serve as central PSTS point for post-transaction activities, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and facilitating stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years in pharma, biotech, or research with proven experience leading complex programs, integrating scientific operations, and managing cross-functional teams.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (MS, PhD, etc.) is preferred.
