Senior Tax Manager (Hybrid)
The Bolton Group
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; taxation courses preferred
- 7+ years of federal corporate/partnership tax experience
- 4+ years of supervisory experience
- Technical knowledge in fund taxation, derivatives, and international tax issues
- REIT tax experience highly preferred
- Tax Research
Preferred Education & Experience
- CPA certification preferred but not mandatory
- Review of Workpapers by 3rd party
- Experience with IRS and SEC compliance, distribution calculations, and complex fund structures
