Senior Tax Manager

We're partnering with a growing professional services firm to find a Senior Tax Manager to join their Affordable Housing Tax practice within a broader Real Estate sector group.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a specialized, high-growth team with a clear path to Partner — two current partners are approaching transition over the next 3-5 years, opening the door for a fast-tracked promotion and eventual ownership of a substantial, established book of business.
What you'll do:
- Manage complex tax engagements within the affordable housing space (LIHTC, Section 42, tax credit partnerships)
- Oversee partnership tax compliance and provision work, including Form 1065 and K-1s
- Lead and mentor a team heading into busy season
- Work directly with practice leadership as a key player in the group's next chapter
What we're looking for:
- Direct experience in affordable housing / low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) work
- Manager or Senior Manager-level tax engagement experience
- Strong, stable professional tenure with clear career progression
- Leadership readiness and appetite for growth toward Partner
