The Senior Tax Manager will play a critical role in managing corporate tax compliance, ASC 740 tax provision accounting, navigating the evolving regulatory landscape, driving process enhancements, and supporting all facets of the tax compliance function. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical knowledge and proven leadership in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provision calculations and disclosures
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and strategic planning
• Support global tax compliance activities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and external auditors
• Leverage tax technology tools such as OneSource or equivalent software to optimize processes

Qualifications

• CPA designation required
• 8-10+ years of progressive experience in tax, with experience in both tax compliance and tax provision (accounting)
• Extensive experience with OneSource or similar tax provision software
• Prior experience with Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred
• Proven experience working with large, publicly traded global companies
• Strong track record of career progression and professional stability
