Clinical Solutions Specialist, Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)- Southeast

Customer-facing sales specialist responsible for growing product adoption within electrophysiology-focused ambulatory surgery centers across a Southeast territory. Role combines clinical credibility with sales accountability, managing both established accounts and new centers in development, with focus on clinical engagement, workflow optimization, and post-installation adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue growth targets across assigned book of established and de novo EP ASC accounts
• Engage early with developing centers to provide clinical input on equipment and modality decisions
• Lead clinical sales process including needs assessment, demonstrations, workflow evaluation, and objection handling
• Drive post-install adoption and utilization through clinical troubleshooting and outcomes tracking
• Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and serve as clinical voice in account strategy discussions

Requirements

• Active or former hands-on clinical experience in catheterization or EP lab (RN, RCIS, RCES, or lead technologist)
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution or high school diploma with 6+ years relevant clinical experience
• Demonstrated aptitude for sales-accountable role with comfort on order growth and expansion targets
• Ability to travel 60% within assigned territory to support expansion and adoption
• Prior clinical sales, clinical liaison, or field clinical specialist experience in medtech preferred

Compensation: $76,000-$114,000 base annually, plus performance-based incentive compensation
