Our comprehensive offering includes: affordable medical, dental, and vision care; flexible spending accounts; life insurance; 401k with company match and much, much more.**Job Description****Essential Job Functions:*** Ensure all maintenance activities are appropriately carried out.* Maintain and uphold all quality standards of the organization.* Record all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintain cycle time.* Evaluate team performance.* Interact with other departments when necessary to ensure proper system function.* Comply with all safety standards and regulations.* Order materials when required.* File purchase orders and other documentation as necessary.* Delegate work to subordinates when necessary to ensure efficiency and timely completion of all tasks.* Complete necessary documentation and file appropriately.**Qualifications and Requirements:*** At least eight years of maintenance experience with two years as supervisor.* HS diploma or GED equivalent.
