Servco Toyota Windward is looking for a Senior Clerk to process and reconcile warranty claims.***Responsibilities:**** Accurately code and process manufacturer’s warranty claims* Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing* Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy* Close repair orders* Prepare, maintain, and organize files* Assist with training lower level clerks* Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed***Requirements:**** High school graduate or equivalent* A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred* Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting* Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch* Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines* DealerTrack knowledge a plus* Work schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm***Auto Service – Warranty Processing – Clerical – Clerk***At Servco, we’re committed to providing valuable mobility solutions to empower people through the freedom of movement and opportunity.
