Quality Technician - Plastics - 1st Shift

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Quality Technician with polymer/plastics experience! This is an exciting opportunity to work in a new, state of the art lab on a variety of different polymers and various different tests. Candidates with polymer experience in extrusion or injection mold or related fields are ideal!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing methods for plastic materials and products.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and similar quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance product quality and manufacturability.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and expand testing capabilities.
• Utilize onsite lab resources to drive innovation in product validation and quality assurance.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Broadview, IL.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Broadview, IL.
