Certified Surgical Technologist - Faulkner Hospital

Job Summary Surgical Technologist – 36‑hour rotating schedule (three 12‑hour shifts) with on‑call requirements. Eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Responsibilities • Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures.

• Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities.
• Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses and students.

Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Surgical Technician Certification required. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. One year of surgical technician experience preferred. Must present and submit Certification of Graduation from an ARC/STSA‑accredited Surgical Technology Program or NBSTSA certification. Adherence to I.C.A.R.E. Standards. Basic computer skills.
