Job Title: Certified Surgical Technician (CST)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Technician to join our team for a long-term assignment. The ideal candidate will assist surgical teams in the operating room, ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
ssist surgeons and surgical staff during procedures by passing instruments and anticipating needs.
Maintain a sterile environment and follow all infection control protocols.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of surgical instruments and materials.
Monitor patients' status and provide support as directed by the surgical team.
Maintain accurate documentation related to surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Technician (CST) credential required.
Proven experience in surgical settings preferred.
Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and operating room procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
