You must have open availability, flexible to work any shift assigned. Responsibilities Support the Operations Manager with the day-to-day responsibilities in the market 60-80% of your time will be hands-on, manual work to include: Direct labor and warehouse organization Hand-count assets and compliance audits Perform routine inspection and maintenance of vehicles Respond to on-demand and in the field customer service requests Redistribute scooters around Veo’s service areas Identify, document and recover scooters requiring in-shop repair Ad-hoc field tasks and other tasks as required 20-40% of your time will consist of a variety of administrative work to include: Support Operations Manager with hiring, training, scheduling staff Employee productivity tracking SOP follow-up Assist Operations Manager with other projects as needed Qualifications & Skills Basic mechanical and technical aptitude 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience A valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and be on your feet for the entirety of a shift Knowledge of the local geography and street layout Clear, effective communication Eligible to work in the United States Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, early stage technology company VeoRide credits Medical/dental/vision coverage Pay Range $22 - $24 USD Equal Employment Opportunity As set forth in Veo - Operations Careers ’s Equal Employment Opportunity policy,we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
