Requirements:

Salesforce project need: Expanding functionality on platform joining PI and WI customer data for PI customers with WI data for information sharing between the 2 Business Units and better customer experience. System is already in place, but trying to scale to onboard more WI customers (data in CRMs, Snowflake, databases).

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Bachelor’s in computer science or related major with 7+ years of CRM development experience

Or

Master’s in computer science or related major with 5+ years of CRM Development.

Certified Salesforce Administrator and/or Certified Salesforce Developer

Experience with AWS and other cloud-based development methodologies preferred

Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud

Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform

Experience creating Lightning Apps combining Lightning Design System, Lightning App Builder and Lightning Web Component features.

Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex Triggers, Classes, Callouts, SOQL, Workflow Rules, Approvals, Visual Flow, Process Builder and Platform events.

Strong understanding of Salesforce design principles, technically scalable data modeling, Governor limits, Force.com development best practices.

Demonstrated experience of full Software Development Life Cycle, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.

Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements

Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion

Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms

Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams

Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills

Participate in client discussions during requirements gathering to provide suggestions on using tools and techniques to arrive at feasible and scalable solution.

Seeing complex challenges from multiple perspectives and leaning in to solve independently or with others.
