Position Overview

Arrow Staffing is seeking an experienced Customer Sales Associate & Order Processor for our client in Ontario, CA. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service, order processing, vendor coordination, and drop shipping within a distribution or manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate understands the complete order lifecyclefrom receiving customer purchase orders to coordinating vendor fulfillmentand has experience working with multiple vendors, processing orders through EDI and ERP systems, and maintaining accurate pricing and order information.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Processing
Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Convert customer purchase orders into vendor purchase orders.
Enter and manage orders using ERP/CRM systems through EDI and manual entry.
Verify pricing, quantities, product availability, and customer requirements.
Monitor orders from entry through final delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.
Vendor Coordination & Drop Shipping
Coordinate with multiple vendors to fulfill customer orders through drop shipping.
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Resolve vendor delays, shipment issues, and order discrepancies.
Communicate effectively with vendors to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Customer Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
Provide updates regarding order status, pricing, product availability, and shipment tracking.
Resolve customer concerns professionally while delivering excellent customer service.
Pricing & Logistics
Understand pricing structures and maintain order accuracy while supporting profitability.
Coordinate shipments with vendors, warehouses, and carriers.
Track deliveries and communicate shipment updates to customers.
Administrative Support
Maintain organized customer and order records.
Perform general office and administrative duties.
Follow company procedures and support continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or order processing.
Required experience coordinating with multiple vendors and managing drop ship orders.
Experience processing customer orders and generating vendor purchase orders.
Strong understanding of the complete order fulfillment process.
Experience using ERP systems, EDI, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Experience
Distribution, manufacturing, or wholesale industry experience.
Familiarity with pricing structures, quoting, and maintaining profit margins.
Experience supporting multiple customers and vendors simultaneously.
