This is a unique opportunity to join an executive team at a pivotal stage and lead the strategy, structure, and execution of Customer Success and Implementation across a rapidly expanding customer base. The Role As VP of Implementation & Customer Success , you will own the customer journey from onboarding through long-term partnership and growth. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer outcomes, operational excellence, and scalable processes as the business continues to expand. Responsibilities Build, lead, and scale the Implementation and Customer Success functions. Develop best practices and processes to support a growing enterprise customer base. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders across large healthcare organizations. Drive successful implementations and ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to improve the customer experience. Identify opportunities for customer expansion, retention, and long-term value creation. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing customer-facing team. What They're Looking For Proven leadership experience across Customer Success, Implementation, or Professional Services within HealthTech. Strong track record working with large healthcare providers, physician organizations, or enterprise healthcare customers. Experience building and scaling customer-facing teams in a high-growth environment. Ability to manage complex stakeholder groups and build executive-level relationships. Commercially minded leader who can balance customer outcomes with business growth. Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with significant ownership and autonomy. Why This Opportunity?
