MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Transportation Specialists to join our team in Hawaii, Guam, Australia, Japan, Korea and the Philippines.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Analyzes and implements logistical functions to support the movement of equipment and supplies across diverse operational environments.
  
  
• Maintain comprehensive databases for tracking asset distribution and ensuring the timely delivery of resources to users.
  
  
• Approve support documentation and coordinate with external vendors to maintain supply chain continuity.
  
  
• Leads reception and staging efforts at forward operating locations, facilitating the rapid integration of incoming mission sets.
  
  
• Develop detailed movement manifests and coordinate the four segments of RSOI to meet operational timelines.
  
  
• Manage local transportation services and conduct port surveys to identify optimal transit routes.
  
  
• Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
  
  

NOTE: Multiple levels of seniority are available based on qualifications and experience. Please see below.

Minimum Qualifications:

Senior Level

• High school diploma and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education).
  
  
• Experience in formal document oversight and quality gate maintenance.
  
  

Midlevel

• High school diploma and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education).
  
  
• Ability to draft technical logistics documentation.
  
  

Junior Level

• High school diploma and a familiarity with basic military logistics or transportation tracking tools.
  
  
• Foundational knowledge of supply support activities.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Logistics or Supply Chain certifications.
  
  
• Experience managing HAZMAT transport or specialized cargo handling in the Indo-Pacific region.
  
  

Clearance Required:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  
  

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
  
  
• Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
  
  

The projected compensation range for this position is -. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
