- Analyzes and implements logistical functions to support the movement of equipment and supplies across diverse operational environments.
- Maintain comprehensive databases for tracking asset distribution and ensuring the timely delivery of resources to users.
- Approve support documentation and coordinate with external vendors to maintain supply chain continuity.
- Leads reception and staging efforts at forward operating locations, facilitating the rapid integration of incoming mission sets.
- Develop detailed movement manifests and coordinate the four segments of RSOI to meet operational timelines.
- Manage local transportation services and conduct port surveys to identify optimal transit routes.
- Provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- High school diploma and 10+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education).
- Experience in formal document oversight and quality gate maintenance.
- High school diploma and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (a candidate holding a relevant Bachelor's degree may be granted 2 years’ experience credit for that extra education).
- Ability to draft technical logistics documentation.
- High school diploma and a familiarity with basic military logistics or transportation tracking tools.
- Foundational knowledge of supply support activities.
- Logistics or Supply Chain certifications.
- Experience managing HAZMAT transport or specialized cargo handling in the Indo-Pacific region.
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
