Engineer, Property Operations – Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek and Waldorf Astoria Orlando Job Number: HOT0CKQ5 Work Locations: Signia Orlando-Bonnet Creek, 14100 Bonnet Creek Resort Lane, Orlando 32821 Pay Rate: $21.42 per hour. Schedule: Full-time Job Category: Engineering, Maintenance and Facilities Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of engineering experience, preferably in a hotel setting with strong skills in plumbing, HVAC, and preventative maintenance, along with a background in customer service. Responsibilities Maintain the physical functionality and safety of the facility including, but not limited to, guest rooms, public space and heart-of-the-house areas Respond to guest calls and team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry Conduct inspections for preventive maintenance needs Record and report completed repairs and items that require further attention Qualifications We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following values and attributes: Hospitality – Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
