Where legacy MES deployments are complex, costly, and slow to stand up, our MaximaOS platform connects directly to any machine and automates the core work of modern manufacturing: work order management, production scheduling, OEE analytics, and downtime tracking. Founded in 2015 and headquartered in Northampton, Massachusetts.

The role

You will own the programs that create and convert pipeline at MachineMetrics: tradeshows and field events, webinars, email and nurture, sales cadences, and the campaigns that wrap around them. You build the list, write the copy, launch the program, run the follow-up, and report what it produced in meetings, opportunities, and pipeline. You will also build our first user conference and run our community programming. This role reports to the Director of Marketing.

What you will own

• Program pipeline. A quarterly pipeline target for the programs you run, reported against spend into the marketing scorecard.
\n
• Tradeshows, field events, and customer events. The annual calendar, budget, booth and logistics, pre-booked meetings, lead capture, sequence building, and handoff to sales.
\n
• Webinars. Topic planning through promotion, production, live execution, and post-event nurture, including partner webinars.
\n
• Email and sales cadences. The prospect newsletter, nurture and re-engagement tracks, invitation sequences, and sales cadences in HubSpot.
\n
• Campaign execution. Lists, copy, landing pages, offers, and follow-up for product launches, customer campaigns, and event promotion.
\n
• Organic social. Company channels across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram, plus executive amplification.
\n
• Community. User groups, customer speakers, partner co-marketing, and the first MachineMetrics user conference.

What you bring

\n
• 5+ years in B2B marketing with hands-on ownership of events and campaigns, measured in pipeline
\n
• A record of reporting program results in meetings, opportunities, and pipeline, not attendance alone
\n
• End-to-end event ownership: logistics, budgets, vendors, and follow-up
\n
• Hands-on HubSpot: you build lists, emails, sequences, landing pages, and reports yourself
\n
• Email, nurture, webinar, and organic social experience
\n
• Strong writing that sounds technical and credible
\n
• AI fluency. You use AI tools as a core part of how you work
\n
• Manufacturing, industrial, or technical-audience experience is a strong plus. B2B SaaS preferred
\n

Travel and compensation

8 -12 trips per year, including quarterly in-person team meetings, the user conference, and tradeshows. Multi-day events and some evenings and weekends during event season.

Salary range: $100,000 to $120,000 base.
