We focus on quality workmanship, timely service, and professional customer care. Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems Inspect roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions Operate and maintain a company service truck Lead and work alongside an assistant technician on service calls Keep tools, materials, equipment, and vehicle inventory organized and stocked Complete service notes, job documentation, and administrative updates accurately Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards Provide professional customer service during service visits Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of roofing experience in commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Ability to diagnose and solve problems in the field Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively Preferred Qualifications Experience leading or training a helper or junior technician Experience using service documentation or work order systems Compensation and Benefits $28.00-$35.00 per hour, based on experience Health insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Vacation Paid holidays Work Environment Field-based role working on commercial and residential roofing projects Regular lifting, climbing, bending, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions may be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
